The opportunity


As the first point of contact for Health Infrastructure's Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level professional, confidential, organisational support, and regulates and manages the demands on the executive to enable them to achieve the requirements of their busy role.

The EA needs to demonstrate highly developed levels of written communication skills, exceptional


organisation skills, good and friendly interpersonal skills along with maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional standards at all times.

The EA will support the COO in identifying key priorities on a day-to-day basis and manage the COO's diary, travel, workflows, and coordinate and complete presentations, internal and external reports.


The right EA will have a positive and calm temperament, enjoy working as part of a team (including with the network of EAs across Health Infrastructure), be able to work independently to interpret priorities and accordingly adjust meetings and arrangements to meet the demands of any given day.

This is a full-time fixed term role for a period of approximately six months. Secondment opportunities welcomed.
