**Collaborating with different stakeholders, the role will**:

- Engage with partners to address capability needs/gaps and design training solutions
- Develop and deliver of high-quality learning content, tools and programs
- Implement blended training solutions (face-to-face, eLearn, external development)
- Control Learning Management System (Cornerstone) including CPD reporting
- Lead enrolments for compliance and professional development programs
- Maintain relationships with vendors and industry bodies
- Promote and develop L&D activities (calendar, events, webinars)
- Ensure compliance training aligns with policies and licensing requirements
- Improve L&D curriculum to support business growth

Ideally, you will be experienced in a similar role within the Financial Services or Insurance industry and have a hands-on approach while being able to quickly build and leverage relationships across a wide stakeholder group. You will have a track record of optimally balancing multiple initiatives while delivering results.

With demonstrated experience in L&D best practice and delivery, we are looking for:

- Strong facilitation and collaborator skills
- Attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualifications / Cert IV equivalent / instructional design
- Expertise in online learning platforms
