Universal Music Australia is looking to appoint a creative and innovative **Streaming Partnerships Executive **to support our Streaming team facilitating day-to-day account management needs.

YOUR ROLE

**Partners & Relationships, **develop a deep understanding of the Partner platform features, playlist ecosystem and opportunities for Artists to engage with fans**. **Support the development of artist presence and profile across platforms to achieve agreed KPI’s.

**Creative,** Support the execution of content creation, and liase with teams to source deliverables in a timely manner. Learn to develop a deep understanding of our Artist brands and marketing campaigns to gain insights help build unique and innovative artist roll outs across platforms.

**Music Repertoire, **discover lots of Artists and listen to their music Get an insight into the Artists stories and help connect the music across different audiences on different platforms.

**Strategy & Monetisation of content, **Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to increase our streaming share for priority releases, creating marketing & promotional strategies to drive consumption and revenue.

**Insights & Data, **Develop a use of Universal data and analytics throughout all activities. Help ensure future platform and format opportunities are maximised and digital trends identified.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Min 2 year experience in a similar industry or an agency
- Understanding of or a strong desire to learn more about the music business landscape - encompassing sales, marketing, new business, sync, promotion, publicity and the logistics of the various departments.
- Highly organised individual who can work to deadlines.
- Knowledge of data tools such as YouTube Studio, Spotify for Artists, Apple Music For Artists, Chartmetric.
- knowledge of creative editing tools desirable - Photoshop, Final Cut Pro
- Helpful team player.
- Strong presentation skills.
