About the Role

Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will be support the recruitment team with a volume of roles in the lead up to Christmas. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
End to end recruitment of operational, site-based roles;
Write and post adverts, phone screening and shortlisting;
Reference checking and pre-employment checks;
Manage recruitment system, drafting contracts and onboarding;
Building strong relationships with line leaders across the business; and

Advise leaders on recruitment processes, interviewing techniques and more.

About you

In addition to being an experienced Recruitment Advisor, managing roles end to end, to be successful in this role you will also have:
A qualification in Human Resources (preferred, however not mandatory);
High volume recruitment expereince;
Experience using SAP SuccessFactors will be highly regarded;
Effective communication and a proactive approach; and

A highly energetic, engaging and pragmatic style.
