Our client is a leading company that specialises in 3PL. They are committed to delivering exceptional solutions and building long-term relationships with our clients. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Account Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide customized solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
