The role and team
We're looking for someone to join our Concierge Security Team at our banking client's corporate site in Docklands, reporting to our Contract Lead (Vicky) and working closely with our other Concierge Security Officer. You will work across a rotating roster covering the site Monday through to Friday during the hours of 0700 and 1900. Every day is different, and creating a positive and professional interaction as the first point of contact, you will meet and greet staff, visitors and customers.
**You will also**:
Assist with security enquiries
Manage access cards, including issue of new cards and temporary passes, and regularly audit passes
Monitor CCTV and alarms within the building, and responding to incidents and alarms
Complete reports on our client's systems, including incident reports
Conduct building patrols to identify security risks and technical faults
Use hand-held radios to communicate with our G4S Security Operations Centre team
Be an emergency warden for the building
What we look for
Holder of a current Victorian Security License
Completed a Certificate II or III in Security Operations
Current First Aid & CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain this prior to employment
