Job Description:
We are seeking a highly trained security specialist to join our team at a prestigious concierge site in Australia. The role involves a combination of security duties and customer service, including monitoring premises, controlling access, assisting guests, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
- Monitor and patrol premises to ensure a safe environment.
- Manage access control and security systems.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies as required, following security protocols.
- Monitor entry and exit points to ensure that only authorised individuals have access to the premises.
- Conduct regular security checks, including inspecting security cameras, alarms, and other monitoring equipment.
Requirements:
- Valid Victorian Security License.
- Cert II in security operations (or higher).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in a concierge security environment and customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- Availability to work rotating shifts as needed, including weekends and public holidays.
