Description

Deluxe provides localisation and distribution services to the Cinema and TV industry. We are excited to be expanding our client service team in the theatrical mastering area. We are seeking a super organised Client Services Coordintator to provide outstanding customer service to our key Cinema clients.

This position will support a portfolio of Studio and Indie clients. You will ensure that client projects are completed on time and in a manner that meets or, preferably, exceeds expectations. You are responsible for overseeing and coordinating work performed across our Global Deluxe facilities. This may include Distribution, Keys, Logistics (DML) and Mastering.

We are seeking an exceptional coordinator who has outstanding organisation skills, thrives in a busy environment and understands the entertainment and/or post production industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide hands on day-to-day support to clients with laser focus on delivering excellent service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with other Deluxe departments, to ensure smooth end to end business management for our client base.
- Participate and meet all client specific project milestones - initiation, launch, execution and close
- Support client communications and any escalations, to ensure key stakeholders are engaged and informed at each stage of the projects and delivery dates are met or exceeded.
- Be the customer advocate for your portfolio of clients within Deluxe
- Manage customer change orders and expectations by negotiating deliverable due dates between customers and internal departments, balancing internal capacity with external demands and expectations.
- Initiate corrective action process as needed. Create policies and procedures to improve quality of future deliverables.

Experience, Qualifications & Key Competencies:

- Degree qualification highly regarded.
- Outstanding project coordination skills
- Experience in a Client Service position preferred, in the entertainment industry and traditional post production background helpful.
- Proficient with MS Office suite of programmes plus an ability to learn bespoke inventory, order processing, project management, and database software.
