Analyst - Crown Playsafe Strategy

- Reporting to the Group Senior Manager - Crown PlaySafe, this role will support Crown’s PlaySafe 2nd line functions, including activation of Player Health Strategy initiatives (Player Health Assessments) and supporting PlaySafe reporting obligations. Activities will also include amendment of process maps, updating control documentation as issues and deficiencies are actioned by the 1st line PlaySafe Operations to ensure a robust and compliant control environment is maintained.
**THE ROLE**
- Conduct Player Health Assessments (PHA) Advertising, Marketing, and promotional activities.
- Assist in the administration of Player Health Strategy initiatives.
- Develop key (PHA) reporting metrics and build reports for RG Management.
- Update Process maps and control descriptions to ensure alignment with current (and documented) business processes.
- Participate in development and implementation of a detailed Quality Control environment.
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedures in relation to PlaySafe (including training), and the PlaySafe Code of Conduct.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Experienced in administration, compliance, risk management or internal/external audit, preferably with listed companies is desirable.
- Understanding of compliance and quality control standards and methodologies.
- Ability to build a good relationship with other control functions, such as second line assurance and third line Internal Audit stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at a manager level.
- Knowledge of responsible gaming and operational requirements and Australian regulations is desirable.
- Ability to identify matters that require further analysis and investigation.
- Research and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast moving and complex environment.
- Holder of, or ability to obtain, a VGCCC Category A license.
