- This role will lead the development, implementation, delivery and reporting of Crown Resorts’
**Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).** As part of the D&I Team, the RAP Manager will provide advice and implement better practice in diversity & inclusion that align with Crown Resort’s vision, strategic objectives, and values whilst meeting our legislative, reporting and policy requirements.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Leading all RAP related activity as well as influencing, driving, and supporting internal collaborators to deliver on our commitments
- Provides strategic guidance and runs Crown’s RAP Governance Groups, RAP Working Committees and the External First Nations Advisory groups
- Program Manage the strategic design and development of Crown’s next Reconciliation Action Plan
- Effectively manage the implementation of the RAP across all properties to ensure localization of RAP objectives by providing customized insights and practicable recommendations to partners based on our reconciliation goals.
- Develop overarching reporting frameworks and processes to scale the progression of the RAP, including internal quarterly reporting, the yearly report to Reconciliation Australia and Crown Resorts website update.
- Develop an ongoing RAP Management Plan and maintain RAP Terms of Reference.
- Co-ordinate, develop materials for and lead all Governance Groups (Executive Sponsor, governance group, working group, employee reference group and First Nations External Advisory).
- Educate key internal and external stakeholders and Crown staff across the business to develop a cultural awareness.

**Key selection criteria**:

- Demonstrated working or lived experience in areas of Diversity and Inclusion
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leading projects and contributing to the strategic direction of a team
- Strong knowledge and experience with topics relevant to the development and implementation of RAPs, including but not limited to First Nations People employment, cultural protocols, training and retention strategies, First Nations Procurement and employee engagement including cultural competency
- Proven experience in organisation-wide cultural awareness raising
- Significant experience and/or qualifications related to human resources, diversity and inclusion or related disciplines
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with an ability to work co-operatively in a team environment and build a positive team culture
