In Perth, we are the State’s only integrated casino resort and largest single-site employer with more than 5,800 team members.
The Perth property features nearly 1200 hotel rooms, more than 30 restaurants and bars, and an impressive line-up of world-class performances at Crown Theatre, we entertain more than nine million guests each year. We also proudly operate WA’s first and only Forbes Five-Star luxury hotel, Crown Towers.
The EGM Transformation reports directly to the Crown Perth CEO, and partners closely with the Property COO and Group Transformation Office to operationalise and embed Crown Perth’s Transformation Program (including the Perth Remediation Action Plan (PRAP)).
Crown Perth’s Transformation Program is its substantive response to the findings of the Perth Casino Royal Commission (PCRC) and is the largest change program in its history. In implementing the transformation, Crown must ensure that all related streams of work are tightly aligned to the intended outcomes and that the changes implemented are embedded and sustained.
This role will be critical in delivering sustainable embedment of change and ensuring that implementation and embedment activities are aligned to achieving this outcome.
**Please note this is a 2 year fixed term contract.
**Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Develop and deploy an implementation and embedment strategy for the Perth Transformation, focused on how to evident and sustain program outcomes across the business.
- Ensure all Perth stakeholders are aligned with a clear transformation vision and program to drive sustainable embedment of change.
- Partner with the Program Manager, including providing business input as required, to design and manage a critical path for the delivery and embedment of the Perth Transformation
- Provide business input to design the required change outcomes (as articulated through artefacts delivered by Change Management Team) and influence and support operational leaders to achieve outcomes.
- Collaborate with Group Transformation Office to manage end-to-end stakeholder engagement involving delivery of the Perth Transformation

**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:
- Experience in leading large and diverse frontline teams where operationalisation of change was a key role accountability.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years relevant experience in a complex operational environment
- Business transformation experience (ideally multi-year transformations), including operating models and frameworks.
- Ability to operationalize strategy, adapt quickly to disruption and actively manage stakeholders to successfully navigate program delivery.
- Excellent planning, communication, interpersonal and senior stakeholder management skills that recognise differences across Crowns diverse Team Member network.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others towards shared objectives, actively facilitate two-way feedback across Crown and create a safe, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- Strong understanding of Operational Risk & Compliance Management
**Qualifications required**:
- A degree in a relevant discipline
- Agile delivery experience and/or similar qualifications
