**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experience and Careers Coordinator drive career outcomes for students and engage with industry as a key point of contact for recruitment, work readiness, work placements, career opportunities and pathways for students and graduates.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Coordinate and promote the Careers and Employment services and activities to assist students and graduates
- Provide specialist advice and support in the services provided
- Collaborate with internal clients, develop and deliver continuous quality improvement and client focused service delivery.
- Collaborate with other team members to increase satisfaction and engagement of current students, graduates and industry stakeholders through activities, events and ongoing communications.

- A relevant degree or a post graduate qualification (e.g. Career Development, Human Resources, Management or Education) and experience; or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education / training.
- Expertise in the development and delivery of a range of career development and employment services and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and review services and programs, policies and processes that align to enhancing the student experience, furthering student career outcomes and building engagement with industry and alumni.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as gaining cooperation from others across the organisation to achieve objectives within budget.
- Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
