- About the Role- An exciting opportunity exists for a Specialist Employee Relations, based in Perth.- Reporting to the Manager Employee Relations, this role is crucial to supporting our Leaders at BHP through coaching and advice on a variety of employment related matters.- Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing pragmatic advice and direction to line leaders to support them to manage employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, dispute resolution, performance management and managing ill and injured employees.
- Responding to employment-related claims, including preparing responses to unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination matters
- Continually seeking out opportunities to identify and build Line Leader capability in managing employee relations matters.

We are seeking a proactive professional who is aligned to growing this ethos.- About You- You are a passionate and driven Employee Relations professional who has demonstrated experience in handling high volumes of case management across all areas of employee relations.
- By nature, you are proactive and strategic in your thinking and take a risk-based approach.
- You are agile and flexible in your approach whilst being able to deliver on multiple priorities.
- You are a natrual communritor with strong facilitation and influencing skills that allow you to build trusting relationships at all organisational levels.
- You will be spending at least 30-50% time in the office, with occasional site travel required.
