Administration and Finance Officer

Sensible Care is an approved provider of Home Care Packages and Disability Support Services based in Eltham and servicing all areas of Melbourne Metro Area and Geelong. We are looking for a new full time or part time (negotiable) team member who will take on these responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring client budgets, enter expenses into client profiles with ongoing monitoring of income and expenditures and preparation of client statements
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll tasks and bank reconciliations
- Provide administration support to care management team
- Effectively manage incoming queries from potential and existing clients and provide relevant information about our services
- Assist with monitoring staff timesheets
- Assist with recruitment and supervision of care staff
**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
- High degree of computer literacy
- Experience in administration and finance role
- Experience with Xero accounting package is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Home Care and Disability Care concepts are desirable but not essential
