**About ARA Electrical Services**

ARA Electrical Services is an Electrical Engineering and Contracting company servicing the industrial sector. The company was established in 1999 by Andrew Ashby and Andrew Ridgewell.

Currently ARA has a board of five directors, Andrew Ashby, Andrew Ridgewell, Dennis Lo, Daniel Phillips, and Travis Allen.

Our office, engineering department and electrical workshop is located in Melbourne. We provide engineering and installation services nationwide, with the core of our installation projects servicing the industrial belt of metropolitan Melbourne.

**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity in our ever-growing administration team, as Accounts Receivable.

This position will be based in Eltham and will not be suitable for permanent working from home conditions.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Tracking Credits owed to the company
- Reviewing all payments and expenses, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Assisting with client invoices
- Monitoring overdue invoices, chasing them up and escalating late payments to superiors if necessary
- Issuing credit notes and processing refunds
- Customer Service - Liase with and build relationships with our clients, suppliers and contractors
- General office admin and operational support to management and colleagues
- Records and database management
- Assisting with month-end and year-end procedures
- Providing support to leadership teams

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
No experience is required. ARA as a company takes pride in their training and education of all staff, however some experience may be looked upon favourably.
- Any administration or reception experience
- Confidence in answering the phone and communicating with clients, supervisors, and other professional staff.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to write and communicate in a professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage their own time and work independently.

All applicants must have a valid Australian Drivers Licence and Access to a vehicle.

**Salary**: $50,626.68 - $81,411.98 per year

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
