**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, and ordering office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed successfully.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
