**The opportunity**

**We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer for a 3 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing support and assistance with their inquiries and concerns. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency.**

**Your new role**
- **Assist customers with remediation payment-related questions and requests**:

- **Provide accurate information regarding remediation issues and policy details**:

- **Manage customer inquiries inbox, policy changes, return to senders, and other remediation related admin tasks efficiently and accurately**:

- **Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution**:

- **Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of our insurance products and services**:

- **Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery**

**About you**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Previous data entry experience desirable
