Our client, based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney located in Warriewood are looking for your Financial and Administrative organisational skills to join their team.

This a permanent full time role working from Monday to Friday.

You will be working closely with the Managing Director with a dotted line to Head of Operations to help streamline the business by providing support using your expertise to ensure front and back office systems and processes run smoothly.

This includes a dedicated focus on improving operations to service existing and new client contracts.

This is an exciting time for this well-established business. Due to growth, this new position requires your flexible style and broad skill set to allow you to be an integral part of this business.

You will have lots of opportunity to be creative and efficient by being hands on with a helpful and adaptable approach. As a result you will have ownership and management in assisting the transition to new systems with a great deal of input demonstrating and utilising your strong project management, operational and financial administrative skills.

This is a critical role requiring excellent communication skills both written and spoken with demonstrated financial experience.

Your skills and qualifications will include experience with job management software packages for example Ascora, Tradify alongside with having experience in accounting or bookkeeping utilising accounting software packages such as MYOB or Xero.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
Using existing systems and transitioning to a new technology platform, the role includes but is not limited to:

- Accounting and contracts

Overseeing weekly payroll calculations and processing
- Processing and payment of superannuation
- Maintaining payroll records
- Processing accounts receivable and payables
- Invoicing monthly contracts and projects
- Preparation of accounts and financials for corporate accountant and ATO
- Preparation and lodgement of monthly, quarterly, and annual BAS/GST, PAYG

Withholding, PAYG Instalments, FBT and other accounting obligations
- Managing client contract updates
- Preparation and lodgement of Workers compensation wages declaration
- Liaising with external accountant for tax returns

**Administration & HR**:

- Maintain and administer of ASCORA job management software ensuring client

contacts and information is current
- Work closely with Head of Operations to assist scheduling of projects
- Communicate with key clients around scheduling and scheduling changes
- Assist with marketing (social media, forums, signage, brochures)
- Assist with development and formatting of documentation such as tenders,

presentations, etc
- Assist with client events
- Become familiar with HR support systems for example Employsure, BrightHR and BrightSafe
- Update employee records in systems including licences and accreditations
- Assist MD in recruitment, retention and managing employee communication
- Assist in organising employee training and accreditation as required
- Manage motor vehicle and machinery purchases, servicing, finance, insurance and ongoing fleet maintenance.

**Desired Skills and Experiences**
- Strong work ethic
- Office 365 experience
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- MYOB/XERO or similar accounting software packages
- Experience with CRM and Job Management systems
- Previous project management and operations backgrounds
- Previous Financial experience.
