Our client is a reputable real estate agency based on the stunning Northern Beaches. This powerhouse team are looking for a new addition to join the administration department to manage front of house and support the General Manager with sales support tasks. This real estate office like to socialise and facilitate a fun working environment, however they do work hard and have systems in processes in place to ensure success.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
***
Based on reception and managing the office, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls and guests visiting the office. This role will see you learn the entire sales admin process so you can step off reception in the future and work with the administration and sales team.
- Answer all inbound calls, direct or take messages
- Greet guests, set up meeting rooms
- Arrange refreshments for guests
- Manage in and outgoing mail, book couriers
- Update properties on the company website once sold
- Issue keys and hand over of documents to clients
- Assist with coordinating team events and parties
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Ad hoc admin support to the General Manager
- Put together proposals and prepare agency agreements
- 3 months experience on reception or in an administration role
- A current Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
- Immaculate presentation as you will be the face of the business
- A passion for real estate and establishing a career in the industry
- The ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks
- A professional and friendly manner
- The eagerness to learn and progress with this business
