We are currently looking for a security cleared (Baseline or higher) Government Furnished Material (GFM) Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier. This role will see you take on a range of tasks including material analysis, providing expert advice and drafting GFM artefacts.
This role offers uncapped training and development opportunities as well as other benefits including free parking, flexible working and different leave arrangements including paid parental, study, reserve, and volunteer leave.
This role is based at Russell Offices however flexible working and home / office arrangements are available.
**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Management of GFM data
- Ensuring compliance with ITAR, export controls and other legal obligations
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders and build meaningful and lasting professional relationships
- Reviewing and managing procurement and needs
- Produce, review, and edit reports and project artefacts
**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Experience within a government or Defence environment
- Knowledge of ITAR and Export controls
- Experience with Government Furnished Materials
- Strong communication skills
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Hold a minimum Baseline security clearance (must be an Australian citizen)
