**What will you be doing in this role**:
Focusing on commercial sales and or leasing this Monday - Friday role will see you work the commercial market of the North Shore tapping into a rich database and leveraging off existing listings to build your pipeline quickly. You will focus on prospecting, listing, negotiating deals along with converting leads and building market share across the North Shore.

An ideal transition from residential into commercial, or a transition from one commercial office to another if you are looking for stronger earning potential, smart technology, and support so you can focus on listing and selling.
- Experienced in real estate sales or leasing
- A savvy negotiator and confident managing the sales process
- Knowledgeable of the North Shore preferable
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate licence
- A reliable car and valid drivers licence
- The ability to build relationships and get in doors
- Self motivated and hungry for success
