**The Company**:
A boutique Association based in Melbourne's CBD that have a great events team are looking to add an Events Coordinator to their team permanently. The Association have a large membership base right across Australia and produce sensational conferences and webcast events annually.

**The Role**:
The Event Coordinator role will report to the Event Director. The purpose of this role is to manage the National Event Calendar for the Association as well as assist with other major events as required.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Operational and financial success of state and in-house events
- Delivery of events from end to end working with the internal events team
- Sponsorship procurement and working with members to identify sponsorship possibilities
- Internal and external stakeholder liaison
- Budget and project management
- Onsite management of events
- Producing timelines, run sheets, contracts etc
- Managing suppliers and ensuring all contracts are in place
- Full logistics and operations management
- Oversee all risk management and OH&S compliance at events
- Working with events management software - EventsAIR
- EventsAIR experience seen as a positive for this role
- Ability to work as part of a team
- As well as ability to work independently
- Sales, marketing, sponsorship and negotiating skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Effective project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of events management software
