**What’s on Offer**

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) is responsible for driving new home and living opportunities whilst championing a positive customer experience. This exciting role requires working alongside all areas of the organisation to embed sustainable and financially viable supports for people to live the life they want, the life they choose.
The Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for:

- Responding to enquiries with a particular focus towards engaging potential customers.
- Ensuring best possible experience for new and existing customers.
- Partnering with the operational team to drive successful service delivery.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure best practice outcomes.
- Developing strong relationships with customers and their families and the community.

**About You**
- Background in Customer Engagement, Home and Living Supports or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A strong foundational knowledge of contemporary Disability services with a solid understanding of NDIS funding.
- Creative thinker and pragmatic problem solver with an agile mindset.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
- Commitment to Uniting Healthcare’s’ s core values and code of conduct.
