Reputable financial services firm based Melbourne CBD, who know first impressions count, are looking for an immediately available, experienced Receptionist / Office Coordinator. If you're capable of delivering the highest quality service to high profile clients, this could be the one for you

This immediately commencing opportunity is available due to internal progression. Initially for 6-8 weeks, this role could become longer term or permanent pending company requirements.

A typical day-to-day in this role may look like;
- Answering telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting customers in a warm, friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Maintenance of reception and facilities
- Scanning and filing as required
- Booking of events, accommodation and catering for functions as required

You will ideally have;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Personable and professional approach
- Adaptable and positive attitude to changes in tasks and deadlines
- High level of telephone and computer skills; including the use of the Microsoft Suite
