An exciting full-time opportunity exists for an individual to join a growing Education and Migration services “Nexor Education and Migration Services” as a Front Office Receptionist. Your role as a Front Office Receptionist is to present positive first impression of the company over the telephone as well as in person. Some of the roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Answering the telephone and liaising with the clients warmly and positively
- Meeting and greeting clients in office
- Directing calls and coordinating with team for missed calls
- Using Company CRM system to keep records of clients and visitors
- Maintaining neat and tidy reception/meeting/kitchen area
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Clerical receptionist duties
- Manage social media inbox and comments, if required
- Ability to handle and multi-task calendar entries
- Good understanding and knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organization skills
- Quick learner with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Time management and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Marketing
- Minimum 6 months experience in similar role
- Proficient in English
- A second language especially Nepali or Hindi would be an advantage

Salary is negotiable on experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves managing reception area and enjoys phone work and interacting with busy professionals and clients.

**Salary**: From $43,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
