**The Practice**

**Camberwell Dental Group** is a long established, well-respected dental group with a primary practice location in Camberwell, and a secondary location in Clayton. They operate 6 chairs daily across the two sites and comprise 2 owners, 4 dentists and 16 support staff (chairside/steri and reception/admin). The group is overseen by a longstanding and committed Practice Manager, who, with the
**Practice Coordinator/Receptionist** form the management team in partnership with the owners.

**The Position**

The
**Practice Coordinator/Receptionist** position is designed to add an important manager to the leadership team and provide staff with increased support and coordination to function at their very best. The position is multifaceted and has responsibility across front of house operations, which includes undertaking reception duties, as well as a variety of business planning, marketing and financial tasks in collaboration with the Practice Manager and the business Partners.

The role is full time (76 hours per fortnight). This includes rostered days off and may include some Saturday mornings (8:15 am - 12:45 pm). This position is primarily based at Camberwell and from time to time you visit and enjoy leading the Clayton team.

The salary and benefits on offer are very attractive, circa
**$30 - $37** per hour + superannuation, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

**About You**

The
**Practice Coordinator/Receptionist** position will suit a Senior Dental Receptionist or similar poised to take that next step in their career. You may have been in an ‘acting up’ position for your current Practice Coordinator or Manager and feel now is the time to take the reins. You will possess a confident and engaging management style, leading success and galvanising a large team of administration and chairside staff. Your skill in innovative, out-of-the-box solutions will be a key strength along with modelling a strong work ethic for others to follow.
