**About the Company**:
This organisation is well established and has been operating for over 10 years. A provider of HR and Payroll solutions (SAAS and outsourced payroll solutions), unlike other competitors in the market, their product is their own. Meaning, as an Implementation Consultant, you'll be working closely with the product and tech teams to understand the product pipeline, meaning you can better solve up and coming issues for potential Clients.

**About the Role**:
There are several roles that are currently available within this team, all of which are newly created, as a result of significant growth within the organisation.
As part of the Client Services team, you'll work with a portfolio of Clients (private and public sector) to leverage the organization's core product and service capabilities in delivering a world class experience (scope, showcase and implementation) for federal, state and private sector Clients, across Australia and New Zealand.
You will also work closely with the product and delivery teams to help design, develop and deliver upon bespoke requirements for your Clients, as well as contribute to the continuous improvement by providing feedback and input to the Delivery Managers within the organisation, through their established channels.
**About You**:
Ideally, you will have 2-3 years experience in a similar implementation role, in a SAAS based organization.
Previous experience working with a HR and/or Payroll SAAS based solutions, would also be highly advantageous.
Most importantly, you will be an individual of high agency, and a student of excellent communication.
Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to build strong relationships with your Clients and internal peers. You'll have a natural inquisitiveness that will facilitate your desire to dig into the detail, to best understand your Client needs.
You will also have a proven ability in terms of managing expectations, working to tight timeframes and managing multiple, competing tasks and deadlines.
