- Demonstrate creativity and initiative in problem-solving.
- Meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong marketing and advertising experience.
- Proficiency in Photoshop or other photo editing software.
- Excellent punctuality and organizational skills.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Friendly and confident phone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain enthusiasm.
- Hardworking and detail-oriented.
- **Must have a valid real estate license.**
- **Must have a valid driver's license.**
