**Woods and Co** have a fantastic development role with a private development group based in Melbourne.

Incredibly unique opportunity to work with a remarkably established self-made property entrepreneur. This business is experiencing exceptional and rapid growth and the business owner is looking to employ a development manager to be able to act on his behalf and in his best interest.

This role is very autonomous with a great deal of responsibility and accountability afforded to them.

There are number of projects still in planning stages and several active projects and the scope and budget for many more prospective projects as well.

Projects that are already in the works located in Chirnside Park, Cows, Officer, Yarra Glen, Yarrawonga and a number in Tasmania.

This role speaks to an eager and hungry assisting developing manager looking to step up or an established current development manager comfortable with their own capabilities.

Projects include but are not limited to aged care, childcare and residential dwellings.

**What do you do?**
- Liaise and engage with external stakeholders and consultants
- Scope new development opportunities
- Oversee the projects managing them from start to finish
- Planning, analysing and management of developments
- Manage timelines
- Follow up with consultants and suppliers
- Report into Director
- Regular On Site visits | Regional | Some interstate
- Regional and Interstate travel
- Effectively manage permit approvals

**What do you need?**
- Bachelors Degree in property, civil engineering or other related discipline
- 5 + years experience supporting the delivery of childcare and age care home developments
- Coordination and management of consultants, authorities and other external stakeholders
- Ability to assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reporting on project budgets and timelines
- Programme coordinating and tracking
