**About the role**

The newly created Innovation team’s goal is to assist shape and implement LWB’s organisational innovation strategy. Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, you will be a key member of the Innovation team providing a full range of timely, confidential insight, advice and support to ensure the Innovation team is able to perform at their best. You will be responsible for reporting and supporting preparation for key meetings and stakeholder engagement.

This is a permanent full time role, location flexible. We are flexible as to the location for this position and are committed to our employees having access to a COVD safe office environment while enabling flexible work options.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide timely, effective diary management, prioritising and organising meetings, in consultation with Chief Innovation Officer.
- Coordination of team and individual meetings, including booking venues and equipment, arranging catering and taking minutes, ensuring all meetings meet access requirements of participants attending.
- Arrange travel and accommodation, ensuring access requirements are met.
- Prepare high quality documents, reports, letters and submissions.
- Advocate for the provision of internal and external documents in accessible formats as required.
- Coordinate and collate operational reporting, including providing analysis and summary.
- Assist the manager in preparation of Executive and Board documents.
- Provide general administration support for the Innovation team.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary level qualifications in business, management or relevant field.
- Experience and understanding what’s required to operate at an executive level in a complex, geographically dispersed organisation.
- Proven experience in building and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at an executive level.
- Demonstrated experience in research, analysis of data and provision of information.
- Demonstrated experience working with employees with disability.
- Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and delivering high quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
- High levels of influencing and communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated written communication skills for the creation of reports, correspondence, presentations and other material.
- High levels of analytic skills including use of Excel and other tools for analysis.
- Proficient ability in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs.
