**About the role**

In this
**Permanent Full-Time** role, reporting directly to the Head of IT, as the IT Innovation Lead you will be responsible for facilitating transformation in the organisation through delivering a suite of digital projects aligned to the TUH strategic plan, and undertaking supporting activities to enable digital adoption strategies to be effective across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Lead, guide and support the IT innovation team in the delivery of high-quality project outcomes across TUH
- Develop, prepare and deliver Business case, Solution Options Analysis and Business/Functional Requirements documents
- Prepare high quality project plans that support the success of projects
- Partner with stakeholders to understand key business opportunities and present solutions where appropriate
- Champion and drive innovation and process improvement across the business
- Manage project vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery of project requirements.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, support and develop a team of high performing individuals
- Ability to operate at a strategic level including previous experience in strategy development
- An outstanding customer focus and drive to deliver results that improve the customer experience.
- Ability to take a business solution from concept to implementation and benefit realisation, using a contemporary project management framework to successfully manage all aspects of project delivery.
- Ability to drive an innovation mindset within the team, and across the business
- Ability to understand the drivers of the business and deliver to these, translating recommendations into clear business outcomes
- Comprehensive skills and experience in identifying, researching, evaluating and recommending new and emerging technologies
- Work experience in, and/or understanding of a health fund is beneficial.
