**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated, passionate, and results driven **Account Manager** to join our high performing sales team.
Our primary purpose of the roles is to service new and existing accounts, this includes the Defence Force with an aim to obtaining maximum sales growth and customer satisfaction. Achieve both sales and trading margin growth, while developing strategies to improve customer service levels.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets
- Seek and develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and analysis
- Meet regularly with all levels of management to discuss contracts, fieldwork, growth opportunities and opposition activities in the territory
- Liaise with branch employees on service and distribution to ensure that the customer service is maintained at the highest level taking the correct action to address any non-conformance
- Submit Weekly Call Reports ensuring that a call rate is maintained in accordance with the agreed call plan
- Maintain pricing levels to optimise sales and margin
To be successful, you will have:
- Secondary Education (desirable)
- Drivers Licence and Australian Citizenship required for entry on Army Base
- Previous experience within a sales based role (highly desirable)
- Customer service, selling, listening and product knowledge skills
- Problem solving
- Results driven and customer focus
