THE ROLE
Are you
- A strong project manager with organisation experience?
- Skilled at preparing materials in line with agreed processes with high attention to detail?
- Able to think strategically, effectively manage risk and engage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment?

The Events Adviser plans and delivers professional, high-quality departmental and ministerial events.
They will produce high quality event documentation, including event briefings, logístical information and run sheets, in line with agreed event processes and templates and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of all information.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Account management of core service delivery including event briefs and event planning.
- Produce high quality event documentation, including event briefings, logístical information and run sheets in line with agreed event processes and templates.
- Develop, deliver and evaluate event management strategies, deliver or oversee delivery of departmental events, and ministerial events as required.
