Job Title: Pizzeria Manager
Job Location: Tasmania
Medici is a customer-focused pizzeria in the heart of Tasmania, offering delicious pizzas in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our mission is to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests and foster a great work culture for our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and seamless service.
Create a positive and engaging work environment that fosters teamwork and exceptional customer service.
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff, setting performance standards and providing regular feedback.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings, ensuring quality and consistency.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a pizzeria setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Customer service-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Hobart, TAS 7000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
