This well-known and leading organisation is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Manager to join their team.

**Your new role**

As the IT Manager, your new role will be to implement, maintain and manage the current infrastructure for the organisation and ensure alignment on projects to meet technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the company’s IT infrastructure team, and have a strong technical understanding of infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Along with the CIO, develop and implement ICT strategies and policies.
- Ensure that all IT systems are secure, reliable, and efficient
- Manage cybersecurity - cloud services
- Manage the IT budget and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant IT and managerial experience
- IT Degree advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Very high-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage continuous improvement initiatives
