Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint a **Policy and Research Analyst **within the Policy and Innovation Division.

As this **Policy and Research Analyst**, you will be responsible for providing business, financial and economic analysis on a range of programs and projects to support the key objectives of the policy team.

In this role you will also play a key role in providing business insights and advice to key stakeholders as well as have responsibility in managing and delivering small scale projects independently.

**About You**
A key focus of the role is establishing and developing relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable and accurate information is gathered.

Your analytical mindset, effective communication skills and the ability to work independently within a small project team would be highly regarded

**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in business discipline such as finance, accounting, economics and/or business analytics.

A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC’s social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
