**Role Purpose**
- In your role of Research Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, collating, auditing and entering various data points across the finance industry, with a specific focus on gathering information regarding global investors and brokers for our listed clients. The Research team manage the content of our online database for our client facing product, containing a large universe of information across equity and debt markets throughout the globe. Our team are responsible for the delivery of our proxy solicitation campaigns, delivering proxy reports annually our Asia-Pacific client base; this entails analysing data, institutional solicitation and reporting back to the client in a timely manner.**What will I do?**
- Conduct regular audit of companies & people published in miraqle, ensuring the information is accurate, complete and current
- Responsible for sourcing investor/analyst contacts in companies
- Publish company profiles on investors
- Liaise with fund managers and analysts to obtain an overall picture of the companies’ investment objectives
- Liaise with clients daily, answering their research requests
- Liaise with fund managers and back office staff to ensure investment information and voting intentions are captured correctly
- Respond to client queries promptly and efficiently
- Ensure that companies and contacts added to miraqle have complete and accurate information

**What do I need?**
- Proven ability to learn fast, be self-motivated, have exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, project management experience preferred
- Solid practical understanding of the finance industry and of working within a tight legal and regulatory environment
- Thinks outside of the box and uses initiative to obtain information required
- Pro-active and works well in a team environment
- An eye for detail, ensuring that information added to miraqle is accurate and complete within a fast moving team
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to structure information, write simply and prepare easily navigated documents in English
- Strong Excel, Word, and internet research skills
- Can-do, determined attitude, willing to take the initiative, solve problems and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
- Professional, commercial approach essential
- An interest in financial industry and investor relations
- Knowledge and interest in data analytics/SQL, not required but preferred
- Fluency in verbal and written Mandarin, not required but preferred
