Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Insights Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research on organisational design trends and innovations, analysing data to generate actionable recommendations, and developing a repository of research findings and knowledge assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on organisational design trends and innovations, and analyse data to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of research findings, case studies, and knowledge assets to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share insights and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Utilise advanced analytics to support evidence-based decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Support the development and implementation of the function's strategy and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in conducting research and analysis within organisational design.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate and present complex research findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
