ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting max term (12 month), full time opportunity for an ER Specialist to join our close-knit team in Blackburn.

Reporting to the Senior Workplace Relations Manager_, _you will case manage workplace investigations ensuring procedural fairness. As well as conducting investigations where appropriate, You will coach relevant HR team members in conducting investigations to ensure consistent delivery of services/solutions nationally.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee and guide internal and external investigations, including reviewing complaints and allocating investigators.
- Conduct investigations where appropriate.
- Coach relevant HR team members, including assisting with developing and delivering training either online or in person.
- Maintain investigation and case register.
- Ensure natural justice principles are applied throughout all processes.

ABOUT YOU

Key capabilities:

- Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex workplace relations matters including complaint management.
- Solid working knowledge of the principles, practices and legislative requirements of employee relations.
