About the Role:

- We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Workplace Relations Manager to join us on a permanent full time basis in our Blackburn, Melbourne office.- Reporting to the- With no two days ever alike and changing priorities you will:
- Manage workplace relations matters through educating and coaching
- Lead Enterprise agreement bargaining including the consolidation, development, and renewal of EBA’s to drive national consistency
- Ensure knowledge of key industrial decisions are kept up to date
- Maintain Industrial Relations records and other relevant material
- Manage complex employee relations matters including, redundancies, disciplinary, investigations, ill health and discrimination, harassment, and bullying
- Represent TSA as required with WR relevant organisations inc. Fair Work Commission, Equal Opportunity Commissions and other tribunals and bodies
- About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managing complex workplace relations environments
- Solid working knowledge of the principles and practices of employee and labour relations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively represent in relevant employment tribunals
