UberEats has been a market leader in Online Food Delivery for the past five years. **About the Role**:
Uber Eats is looking for a Sales Compensation Associate to support the current Sales Incentive Plans across the APAC region. In this role you will provide day to day support to our Sales Compensation team and work closely with the Global Sales compensation team for overall management of the Sales Incentive Plans.
This role will work closely with the Sales Compensation Lead, Sales Compensation Analysts and Country Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment of Sales Incentive Plans with business objectives. We're looking for someone with attention to detail, who can organise data, with strong problem solving skills and the ability to shift between the high level picture and detailed operations seamlessly.
**Your impact in role**:
- Verify end of quarter payment summaries provided from the Global Sales Compensation team
- Collaborate with local Sales Operations teams to ensure targets uploaded into Xactly are aligned
- Provide support and ad hoc reports for the Sale Compensation Lead & Sales Compensation Analyst
- Work on special projects such as process improvement, ongoing system maintenance and assisting in UAT for change of business requirements within the commission system
**The experience you'll bring**:
- Experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance or a related field
- Experience querying/analysing very large data sets using SQL and presenting results using BI tools like tableau or Looker Studio will be highly advantageous.
- Attention to detail; ensuring numbers/metrics are accurate and are reviewed/delivered on time to key stakeholders
- Preparation of reporting to present to the Leadership Team
