The Opportunity

The Sales Operations Analyst has a wide range of responsibilities that are focused on Operational Account Management. This includes Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and system management of approval processes and communications with key channel partners. In this role, you will work closely with the Strategy & Planning Manager to help deliver overall commercial outcomes which includes lifecycle planning & management, negotiation, activity planning, commercial modelling and channel management.

You will also collaborate closely with regional Supply Planning, Sales, and Sales Finance in the analysis of demand trends, dedication and delivery of product offers and campaigns. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be the main point of contact for the account in relation to monitoring, reporting, financial approvals, operations and communications of supply chain, and portfolio and commercial management related matters.

Role and Responsibilities- Responsible for entry, management and communications of all Sales promotions approvals with key retail accounts to drive revenue, profit and market share targets- Management of claims post promotions and financial tracking- Work with various team members to support portfolio and promotional plans including financial economics that sit behind it- Build relationships across all levels internally and externally within various functions spanning Business Support & Operations, Customer Operations, Finance and Legal functions to be able to drive commitment and implement innovation and transformation activities related to commercial strategy and supply chain operations- Support quarterly business partner reviews- Support supply chain efficiency, retail operational alignment and financial claims- Provide weekly reporting to sales team that outlines weekly sales and tracking to target- Provide analysis of GFK data for Sim Free market- Operationalise and manage launch of all new Samsung products across Open channel

Skills and Qualifications- 3 - 5 years experience in sales operations support preferred- Strong organisational skills, ability to drive planning and ensure flawless execution.- Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills in English- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Able to interpret data based insight and research and adjust plans accordingly.- Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with advanced skills in Excel required.- Experience working with ERP platforms.- Ability to create presentation or other material that can convey ideas and information in a structured, clear and impactful manner.- Passion for technology, customer needs and new products and emerging trends.- Understanding of the retail market within Australia
