**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a National Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Business Sales team. In this role, you will play a vital role in establishing and developing key industry alliances to support customer conversion to lower carbon emitting energy solutions. Working closely with our sales team and major customers, you will identify and nurture partnership opportunities with Trade Allies in various sectors, maximising the benefits across our strategic customer portfolio.

**Why this role matters**
- Assess key industry sectors to establish relationships for displacement of coal, diesel, and other high-emitting fuels
- Support the development of a robust sales pipeline for converting non-LPG customers to lower carbon emitting solutions
- Identify customers using diesel for stationary engines and power generation, referring opportunities to the sales team
- Develop relationships with carbon advisory, power generation, forklift, and boiler manufacturers/OEMs for lead generation, strategic partnerships, and joint venture opportunities
- Collaborate with the wider Business Sales group to foster lead sharing and provide local in-field support

**What you will bring?**
- Minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience (energy, gas, coal, and diesel boilers highly desirable)
- At least 5 years of senior business development experience
- Demonstrated strong commercial acumen for opportunity identification
- Proven ability in strategic planning and critical thinking
- Extensive experience in project and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Accountable, resilient, agile, ethical, and results-driven mindset
