We currently have a rewarding opportunity to join us as a Project Coordinator on our Capability Enhancement and Integration Project (CEIP) within our Maritime Australia line of business. This role is based with our team located at Garden Island Shipyard in Sydney. You will be supporting our CEIP Project Delivery Team by providing high level, efficient and professional administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of Project. **Your new role**:
Using your exceptional administration skills gained from working in a similar role, you will be providing support to the CEIP Project Delivery Team with activities and services to meet business needs. This role reports into our DCE Project Delivery Manager who is responsible for overseeing the enabling functions (Safety, Quality, Finance, and Project Controls) under the program to build the framework for success.

**In more specific terms you will**:

- Coordinate assigned activities in support of the CEIP Project Delivery Team
- Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations and KPIs as required, including active management of action register and support to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles
- Assist in the establishment of and coordination of the following reports
- Provide support with the management of administrative requests of the Enterprise
- Organise and conduct site visits as required
- Undertake the preparation and maintenance of CEIP Project Delivery data
- Assist in the development, tracking and delivery of Data Item Details (DIDs) & Program Plans
- Have regular liaison with Customer (CoA) operations team to ensure requirements are being met and managed
- Assist with the management of facilities
- Be accountable for on boarding activities for all Enterprise program participants
- Other duties as required

**About you**:
**As an applicant for this opportunity, you'll have**:

- Demonstrated experience a similar role
- An ability to contribute to a team by providing support to meet deliverables and adding value in a collaborative environment
- Attention to detail along with organisational and time management skills to be able to manage multiple competing priorities under broad direction, within tight deadlines
- Team orientation with a high level of written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate with the Customer and staff at all levels and from a range of disciplines
- Good problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel, SharePoint (Desirable) and PowerPoint
- An ability to use initiative and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a proactive approach to progressing all assigned tasks
- Current NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain
