**Your Role**:
There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;
- Brand campaign management: develop annual brand-building campaigns to deliver YOY growth of key brand awareness and engagement objectives
- Launch new initiatives: Develop the marketing launch strategy for new Flybuys product and partner initiatives
- Test and learn: Support Senior Marketing Manager with strategic development and implementation of ad hoc test and learn campaigns in line with current business priorities
- Public Relations: support the PR function by leading new initiative press announcements

**Your Experience**:

- Experience in managing, deploying, and analysing successful end-to-end TTL campaigns
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise workload, and escalate issues when required
- Excellent project management skills, well organised and detail orientated
- Ability to liaise at a range of stakeholder management levels, with strong presentation and influencing skills
- Strong attention to detail and the capacity to work effectively in a time critical environment
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, ability to generate and/or interpret data insights to drive campaign objectives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
