**The Role**

The position will support the Robotics and Autonomous Systems Implementation Coordination Office (RICO) to assess potential emerging Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) implications of any capabilities or technologies explored. With the support of the Coordination and Governance and Technical functions, the Commercial & Policy function will contribute to the development of RAS frameworks, doctrine and policy for Army, drawing on related legal and ethical frameworks led by SP Division.

**About our Team**

With the RICO, the team will be collectively responsible for acquiring knowledge by defining, developing, and testing RAS technology and conceptual alternatives in the context of the land domain’s specific autonomy challenges for the Future Land Force.

Comprehensive research, interpretation and critical analysis skills as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential. Desired but not essential are knowledge of the ODCS process including government approvals, understanding of FIC implications and familiarity with RAS and/or emerging technology.
