**About the role**
The Manager, Stakeholder Strategy role manages the creation, implementation and evaluation of strategies, programs and projects to build and maintain strong connections and partnerships between the Training Services NSW Branch and a diverse range of customers and industry stakeholders.

**About Training Services NSW**
Training Services NSW is part of the Education and Skills Reform (ESR) division. We lead and manage the implementation of funded vocational education and training (VET) programs and services across the NSW training market including. contracting and funding training providers, quality assurance, leading VET sector reforms and programs, administering apprenticeships and traineeships and Aboriginal programs.

**About you**
- The ability to maintain a current understanding about vocational education and training in a setting that is continuously changing.
- The ability to address sensitive and complicated topics to guarantee successful stakeholder involvement and project execution.
- Experience in meeting project timelines and budgets in accordance with established benchmarks.
- Be able to build a strong network of internal and external stakeholders and collaborative working connections to ensure sincere and ongoing partnerships.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
