**About the role**
We are now looking for an experienced and professional Business Improvement Manager to join our corporate support group in Parramatta. The main focus of this new role will be to assist in the project management of equipment / parts and service business improvement initiative/ strategies.
Reporting to the General Manager your duties will be:
- Project management - Lead, Coordinate and participate key national equipment / parts and service business growth initiatives.
- Assist with the collation of financial data and submit reports to Hitachi team based in Japan.
- Provide Business analytics and reporting as required
- Coordinate with our Hitachi team base in Japan in regards to the updates on the projects in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong Project Management skills in a complex organisation
- Ability to lead, develop and implement business improvement strategies, and convert these to incremental business delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Strong Analytical mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills.
- Highly developed skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, and in meeting conflicting deadlines.***
