We have a new and exciting opportunity to join Stryker South Pacific as a **Project Analyst**. In this role you will be an integral member of newly created Project Management Office, helping to drive a range of business projects from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment and coordination of project outcomes
- Identify data sources, monitor data and conduct analysis to provide business insight and recommendations to support project decisions and metrics
- Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines and plans
- Prepare presentations and regular status reports
- Assist with the establishment of performance indicators maintaining metric data and estimating models

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills and a proven reputation for positive stakeholder engagement
- Cross-functional project exposure
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional planning & advanced analytical skills
- BI/SQL capability and detailed understanding of ERP master data structures
- maintaining project documentation
- Management of Project Register & Resource reporting
- Analysis of project performance
- Documenting outcomes of workshops & meetings, converting them into project tasks where required
- Process Mapping
