As a Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with the SSP Compliance Officer and collaborate with various business areas to develop, implement, and manage our compliance program. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Stryker South Pacific (SSP) operates within international, national, and local laws, regulations, and industry-specific corporate governance and compliance guidelines. By doing so, you will contribute to mitigating the risk of financial or reputational loss and upholding Stryker's reputation as an ethical and lawful organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Compliance Officer in implementing and managing compliance programs and HCP interactions, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with internal and external legislative, policy, and industry requirements.
- Develop strong internal and external business partnerships across the region.
- Foster a culture of integrity and compliance knowledge throughout the organization, including identifying training needs, stakeholder management, employee coaching, resource creation, and training facilitation.
- Collaborate with Compliance Enabling Functions to implement Global Compliance programs
- Identify system or process improvements that increase efficiency, compliance, or reduce costs to the business.

**Critical Requirements**:

- Understanding of compliance or highly regulated industries.
- The ability to present to and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Strong ethical values and the ability to act with integrity within the given authority of the position.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find appropriate solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a Compliance role, preferably within the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the legal and/or the compliance landscape
- Tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in project management and process launch.
- Investigation experience.
